The ToolzPedia name, logo, design, code, and content on the website are owned by ToolzPedia and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our website content without permission.

The output you generate using our tools (e.g., titles, descriptions, sitemaps, processed images) is yours to use freely.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI tools (title generator, hook generator, etc.) use template-based pattern matching, not large language models. Output may contain inaccuracies, generic phrasing, or coincidental similarities to existing content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated text before publishing or commercial use.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• Files processed will be free of corruption or data loss

7. Limitation of Liability
