These terms of service govern your use of ToolzPedia (“we”, “us”, “the site”). By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Permitted use edit

ToolzPedia is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. You may use the tools and the output they produce in any lawful manner, including in commercial work. No attribution is required, but it is appreciated.

Prohibited uses edit

You agree not to:

  • Use ToolzPedia for any unlawful purpose, including processing of illegal content;
  • Submit content through any tool that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically download content from the site using automated tools;
  • Attempt to disable, overload, or compromise the site or its servers;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with site code beyond ordinary browser interaction;
  • Resell access to ToolzPedia or repackage its tools as a paid service.

User content edit

You retain all rights to files and text you submit to ToolzPedia tools. ToolzPedia does not claim any ownership over your input or output. For tools that run client-side (PDF, image, and most others), files never leave your device. For tools that require server-side computation, input is used only to generate the requested output and is not retained.

No warranty edit

ToolzPedia is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, available without interruption, or fit for any particular purpose. Always keep backups of important files.

Limitation of liability edit

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolzPedia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Third-party services edit

ToolzPedia uses Google Analytics for traffic measurement and Google AdSense for displaying advertisements. Use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies. Some advertisements on the site link to third-party websites; ToolzPedia is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

Governing law edit

These terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws of the user's country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation as a first step.
