ToolzPedia
ToolzPedia (a portmanteau of tools and encyclopedia) is a free, browser-based collection of online utilities for working with PDF documents, images, AI-generated content, and search engine optimisation. Inspired in spirit by the open-knowledge model of Wikipedia, ToolzPedia provides every tool in a single catalogue with no sign-up, no installation, and no usage limits. All processing is performed locally in the user's browser whenever technically possible, so files never leave the user's device.
The project currently hosts more than 25 tools across 5 categories, including a PDF merger, image compressor, SEO meta tag generator, and an AI title generator. Tools are organised into the following categories: PDF, Image, AI, SEO, and Utilities.

ToolzPedia is built around four core principles that distinguish it from typical online tool websites:
- Browser-based execution. The majority of tools run entirely in the user's browser using JavaScript. This eliminates server processing time and keeps user files private.
- No registration. Every tool is available immediately upon visiting its page. No email, no password, no paywall.
- No upload. For tools that don't require a server (such as the PDF merger, image compressor, and most SEO tools), files are not transmitted to any server and never leave the user's device.
- No artificial limits. There are no daily quotas, no file size restrictions beyond browser memory limits, and no premium tier.

ToolzPedia is built on the principle that user files should never leave the user's device unnecessarily. The following points summarise how data is handled:
- PDF and image tools process all files locally in the browser using technologies such as pdf-lib, the Canvas API, and WebAssembly. Files are not uploaded to any server.
- SEO and AI tools that require server-side computation send only the minimum required data (such as a topic prompt or URL) and do not store user input.
- ToolzPedia uses Google Analytics for aggregate, anonymous usage statistics, and Google AdSense to display advertisements. Visit the privacy policy for full details.
- No account, email address, or personal information is ever required to use any tool.
